UBMe provides a comprehensive solution for event organizers to efficiently publish and manage events, enabling local community members to easily explore, purchase tickets, and attend various activities. The UBMe Organizer App enhances this experience by offering organizers immediate access to their events on the day of, allowing them to confirm attendees either manually or through a ticket scanner, thereby eliminating the need for traditional hand-held scanners. This app is available for download on both iPhone and iPad devices.

Functionality
For larger events, the app accommodates multiple users logged into the same organizer account, facilitating separate lines for attendee confirmation. This feature significantly increases efficiency in processing attendees.

Efficiency
The scanner feature is particularly noteworthy, with each ticket being scanned in five seconds or less. Each scanner seamlessly updates the confirmation numbers as tickets are scanned, helping to monitor capacity and prevent overcrowding.

Prevention
The app includes important safeguards; if a ticket has already been scanned, an alert appears to inform staff of the prior confirmation. Additionally, should an illegitimate ticket be presented, a red alert signals its invalidity.
